Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life – for example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test or job interview.

Addiction is defined as not having control over doing, taking or using something to the point where it could be harmful to you. Addiction is most commonly associated with gambling, drugs, alcohol and nicotine, but it’s possible to be addicted to just about anything, including:

  • work 
  • internet 
  • solvents 
  • shopping 

Domestic violence or abuse, includes physical, emotional and sexual abuse between couple, relationships or family members.

It can be against women as well as and anybody can be an abuser.

Anger is a normal, healthy emotion. But it can be a problem if you find one finds it difficult to keep it under control.
